TaxAssist Group and Perspective Financial Group Limited (Perspective) have launched TaxAssist Plus Financial Planning, a strategic joint venture designed to provide TaxAssist clients with access to professional financial planning and wealth management services through a nationwide adviser network.
Perspective Financial Group Limited (“Perspective”) has strengthened its national footprint through the acquisition of Phoenix Wealth Solutions (“Phoenix”), marking the Group’s first acquisition in Scotland and a significant milestone in its long-term growth strategy.
Client feedback continues to drive service excellence across the Group’s regional offices.
Collectively, these acquisitions add £1 billion of Assets under Advice, 2,500 households as clients, six additional office locations and 48 members of staff.
The first acquisition is of Whittington Goddard Associates Ltd in Dore, near Sheffield. The firm was founded in 2003. This office will now be known as Perspective (Whittington Goddard).
Perspective is more than three times the size it was five years ago and expects to double in size again within the next two years.

Perspective Financial Group Ltd (Perspective) is delighted to announce it has completed a further acquisition, meaning the Group has made 20 acquisitions this year and 76 in total since it was founded 16 years ago.
Perspective Financial Group Ltd (Perspective) has attained the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials certification that helps set the standard for businesses to protect themselves against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks. It recognises the strength of the technical controls and other methods in place designed to prevent cyber attacks.
Perspective has also exchanged contracts on a further seven deals which will all complete in the coming months. Each acquisition meets Perspective’s criteria and shares the Group’s client-centric culture.
