Sam joined Perspective Financial Group in 2020 and brings nearly two decades of experience in financial planning firm M&A.

He specialises in the seamless integration and onboarding of clients, staff, and offices, ensuring every transition is handled with care and consistency. Working closely with an experienced team, Sam helps to shape and drive Perspective’s acquisition strategy and supports the Group’s wider organic growth plans.

With a flexible and collaborative approach, Sam works with business owners to create mutually beneficial deal structures and timelines that reflect what matters most to them.
