Matthew joined Perspective (East Anglia) in October 2025.
Matthew has over 20 years’ experience in financial services, including 14 years in banking followed by the last six years working in financial planning. This broad background has given him a strong foundation in both technical knowledge and client-focused advice.
He is currently working towards the CISI Private Client Investment Advice and Management qualification, with the aim of achieving Chartered status in the near future.
In his role, Matthew provides tailored financial planning advice to help clients achieve their long-term goals. This includes assessing their current financial position and developing strategies around investments, retirement planning and tax efficiency, while ensuring plans remain flexible as circumstances change. He places particular importance on building trusted relationships and enjoys combining analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to deliver clear, meaningful outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys running and spending quality time with his family. Much of his spare time is devoted to supporting his children and watching them grow and succeed in their extracurricular activities.
