Josh joined Perspective in February 2012 and has worked in the financial services industry for over 14 years. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is currently working towards Chartered status.

Josh specialises in retirement planning and corporate financial planning, including group pension schemes and employee benefits. He enjoys helping individuals and businesses navigate often complex financial matters, providing clear guidance and practical solutions tailored to their circumstances.

At the heart of Josh’s approach is building long-term relationships based on trust and understanding. He works closely with clients to develop financial plans that support their goals and aspirations, helping to simplify complex decisions and provide reassurance that they remain on track for the future.

Josh finds the most rewarding aspect of his role is helping clients gain confidence in their financial position, reducing stress and uncertainty, and supporting them throughout their financial journey.
