Damion Keyworth

Damian joined Perspective in January 2024 and brings 26 years of experience in the financial services industry.

He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning (FPC 1, 2 & 3) and a wide range of additional qualifications, including RO1 (Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics), CF8 (Long Term Care), J04 (Pension Funding Options), J05 (Pension Income Options), and the CISI Level 6 qualification in Pension Transfers and Planning Advice. This breadth of expertise enables Damian to provide comprehensive advice across all areas of financial planning.

Damian’s approach centres on helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions so they can enjoy the lifestyle they want—both now and in the future. He takes the time to understand each client’s goals, current financial position and aspirations, creating clear, practical plans that evolve as life changes.

He strongly believes that financial planning is about more than money; it’s about enabling clients to live the life they want while they are able to enjoy it. Only once a client’s objectives are fully understood does Damian consider the role financial products may play in supporting their plan.

For Damian, the most rewarding part of his role is guiding clients through their financial journey and helping them turn their lifestyle ambitions into reality.
