Louise Herring

Louise joined Perspective in April 2026.

She has five years of experience in the Financial Services industry, following a twenty‑year career teaching maths in secondary education. Louise is Diploma qualified and is working towards achieving Chartered status.

Louise enjoys helping people better understand their finances and build long‑term financial resilience. Her approach is rooted in careful listening, asking thoughtful questions and working with professionalism and integrity, guided by the principle of “What would I recommend if this were me or my family?”.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys gardening, cooking and baking and crafts such as knitting and cross stitch. She also enjoys travelling, with Japan and Canada on her bucket list.
