Mike joined Perspective in December 2025 when his previous firm, Chiltern Consultancy transitioned.

With over 45 years in Financial Services, Mike brings extensive experience across management, compliance, and advisory roles. As Practice Principal and active IFA, he combines leadership with hands-on client support, ensuring a high standard of service.

Mike values the shared commitment to putting clients first and delivering advice that offers genuine value for money.

He enjoys helping people navigate their financial journeys and looks forward to supporting both immediate needs and long-term goals. Outside of work, he’s a keen golfer, enjoys travelling, and is embracing life as a grandfather to twin boys.
