Richard Payne APFS

Richard joined Perspective in October 2024 as part of the Warwick Financial Solutions acquisition. They chose to join Perspective because of our values aligning closely with theirs, such as putting clients first.

Richard has over 30 years of experience working in Financial Services, having started his career at Barclays followed by a role at a stockbroker and then onto Warwick Financial Solutions in 2002.

Richard has achieved Chartered status and enjoys working closely with clients and encouraging them to try and live the life they want, by setting goals and then working together to achieve them.

Outside of work Richard enjoys travelling, walks in the countryside and watching most sports.
