Kirsty originally joined Perspective (Midlands & Cheshire) Ltd in 2018 as a Trainee Paraplanner and found her calling within the Group as M&A Coordinator in 2022. As a Mathematics graduate, she felt that Financial Services was a great industry to go into with her analytical skills. As Perspective continues to grow it provides Kirsty and others the opportunity to further develop their careers with us. 

Kirsty’s role as part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team, involves the analysis and management of data during the acquisition process to identify gaps in information in liaison with providers, keeping track of current acquisition opportunities, and the preparation of letters and other formal documentation. She enjoys the variation in the role and the ability to do something different every day. 

Outside of work, Kirsty has a great interest in alternative rock music and K-pop. Frequently attending club nights and concerts, even at times travelling internationally to attend them.
