Joining Perspective as an administrator in June 2021, Brandon has since progressed to the Integrations team in October 2022 and more recently has joined the M&A team as an Integration Project Coordinator in Nov 2023.
Brandon has worked in Financial Services for 4 years and previously worked in a smaller financial advisors firm. In 2023 he decided to take on a new challenge and choose to move into the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team where he can work in a fast-paced environment.
Within his role Brandon supports and creates a smooth and seamless journey for acquisitions to integrate into the group. He enjoys being able to use his problem-solving skills for any challenges that may occur.
Brandon aims to be a Project Manager in the future and is there for working towards his PRINCE 2 Project Management qualification to help him achieve this goal. He has already achieved his R01, R02 & R05 and will try to continue with these on the side of his day-to-day work.
Outside of work he spends a lot of time watching Brisca F1 Stock Car Racing and travelling around the country to various tracks with friends & family.
He also competes in the 1/12th Scale Remote Control Stock Cars and has been successful in winning various championships including British, European & World Championships.
